TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tickets are non-transferable and must be used on the day of purchase.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Services may be cancelled without notice due to inclement weather or train breakdowns. The company do not assume liability for any cost incurred because of a delay or termination of service.
Season Passes or money-off-vouchers are not valid on any special events. (This includes Santa Specials, Hallowscream and Eastereggspress trains.)
We have the right to refuse travel, or entry to any of our attractions, to anyone we believe to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who may be considered a risk to other passengers. This includes non-admittance of passengers with large dogs who are not on a short lead.
Any tickets purchased do not guarantee you instant access to our attractions. At peak times there may be a wait.
