The Scarborough North Bay Railway and Lakeside Attractions are ideal for all the family.  (For ease of location the text in red refers to the ‘What3words’ App).

ACCESS TO PEASHOLM STATION - YO12 6PF (spent.pound.reds)

Peasholm Station is situated in the picturesque Northstead Manor Gardens, over the road from the bottom of Peasholm Park.  Access to the Ticket Office is by a level footpath off Burniston Road, opposite the car park. Both the station building and platform are wheelchair accessible.

ACCESS TO SCALBY MILLS STATION - YO12 6RP (exists.herbs.wizard)

Scalby Mills Station is situated above the Sea Life Centre Car Park in the North Bay. Access to the station is either by the steps in the Sea Life Centre car park, or via the access ramp which winds up the hill and is sited to the south of the Sea Life Centre.  Access to the shop and café is via one step, however we do have outside seating with a serving hatch direct onto the platform.

ON TRAIN ACCESSIBILITY

Our trains have limited capacity for wheelchairs, prams/pushchairs and mobility scooters on a first come, first served basis. If you require assistance boarding, please ask the Guard. Note, all carers must be of sufficient age and fitness to provide the level of care required.  For everyones safety, all lifting of a disabled person will be the responsibility of their carer.

ACCESS TO LAKESIDE ATTRACTIONS - YO12 6PF (spent.pound.reds)

All Lakeside Attractions are on ground level, apart from the Water Chute and Sky Trail, which are accessed by steps. All Boats and Water Walkers are accessed via a floating pontoon.  Due to their nature, we regret that our lakeside attractions are not suitable for people with mobility issues.
